Join the Freeze men’s team for our typical Saturday training at Lake Nokomis Park. These trainings are held every Saturday, unless we have a USAFL game (check TeamApp’s Upcoming Events section for details).

Please be ready to warm-up at 9:00 a.m. sharp. We typically run drills from 9:00-10:30, when we begin our weekly “metro” match/scrimmage.
