Based on last Saturday’s terrific turnout, we will run another captain’s practice this Saturday from 10 a.m. until noon.

For those interested, a group will meet near the parking lot near Nokomis beach at 9:15 a.m. for a 2K time trial. Bring your runners for this.

Otherwise, bring your boots, a mouthguard, and some water.
